CourseGraphic Emotional fitness in the workplace is as important as educational training. Learning to manage the needs and feelings of yourself as well as responding to the needs and feelings of others is key in creating a successful, productive work environment. Team projects, group dynamics and interpersonal relationships require the ability to maneuver emotional issues while meeting objectives and long-term goals. This seminar outlines components of Emotional Intelligence theory with engagement strategies, lecture and role play scenarios in order to gain practical experience.
