A typical manufacturing cycle includes such functions as forecasting, inventory control, process planning, machine sequencing, quality control, decision analysis, production planning, cost analysis, process control, facility layout, work analysis and more.??The focus of this class is to apply project management techniques on the operational aspects of manufacturing activities.???

  • Understand differences between Product Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle? 

  • Analyze manufacturing productivity from Learning Curves? 

  • Analyze manufacturing system using Forecasting and Inventory Control tools? 

  • Perform Cash Flow analysis to compare competing projects??
