Woodworking Fundamentals

Please read:  SAFETY: For safety purposes students are required to cover their eyes with eye protection, wear closed toed shoes, and secure or remove any loose clothing, jewelry, or long hair, which might get caught in moving machinery. SUPPLIES: Students must provide all lumber, finishes, hardware, and supplies needed for their project(s). Eye protection is required to starting the first class meeting. All other supplies below are recommended for your woodworking pleasure: calculator (basic style), ear protection, clipboard, hand tools (list will be provided during class), graph paper (blank or lined), combination square (6” Starrett recommended), pencils (black, red), dust protection, sandpaper (80, 120, 180, 240, 320 grit), tape measure (12’ or 16’)and a 3 ring binder.
