organizational  structures  and environments with their respective strategy of governance, and how 
their goals and objectives dictate project success.

In this class, you will learn about:
• The skills and responsibilities of a project manager
• Who are stakeholders and how they influence projects
• How a project team is formed and developed
• Differences between project and product life cycles
• How projects are created and selected
• Making your projects effective and complete successfully
