CourseGraphic Karate is a great physical activity where children can learn discipline while learning skills to protect themselves. We take our Ultimate Kenpo style and use it as a tool to empower your child physically, mentally and emotionally. This class will also provide safety talks to make them more aware of their surroundings by helping them to become street smart. Karate is a constructive and fun way for your child to burn off energy while becoming more safe and confident in their environment.
